So I'm trying to write a new sitcom. I want to enter it for this..http://www.bbc.co.uk/writersroom/opportunity/laugh_track_2012.shtml
I know the scenes I want to write and was pretty sure I had a full 30 minutes worth of materiel. I was going to finish it and then go back and 'add in the funny'. However, that's not going to happen for the foreseeable future as I'm bloody stuck. I've finished writing all the scenes I had planned out and thought all was going well, but I'm only on page 17. I need to get up to at least page 30 for this to be anything near a half hour slot. I, also, think the idea itself might be a bit offensive now.
To make matters worse I'm bloody stuck on this blog as well. I thought I'd easily be able to get 3 paragraphs of ranting from the fact that I'm stuck on a sitcom but now I've lost my thread on this too.
Oh well, at least this is the last paragraph, I think 3 is enough for a blog isn't it? Anyway, I'm sure everything will be fine once I go back and have another read through. I just wanted to have a bit of a vent.
